Announcement – 25/1/2010

January 25, 2010

Following the sale of the redundant part of the former Tate & Lyle site including the waste water treatment Selby Renewable Energy Park will cease to accept any liquid wastes as of 29/1/10, we thank all our customers for their valued business.

The area that Selby Renewable Energy Park occupies (10 acres) is unaffected and construction of the UK’s largest food waste anaerobic digestion plant will commence shortly. Once this plant is operational it will have the capacity to treat liquid waste as well as packaged food waste.
