Selby Renewable Energy Park will create in the region of 120 new jobs. There will be 40 jobs directly created by the project with an additional 80 jobs indirectly created, once the plant is up and running.

There are approximately 20 people already on site and as the project progresses we will be recruiting more staff.

A wide variety of skill levels will be required as we will need security and administration staff as well as fitters, technicians and chemists.

We have already filled a number of vacancies from the local job centre and are now starting a recruitment database for future vacancies.   We are keen to retain key workers from the local community where possible and if you would like to send your C.V., we will keep it on file until the project commences and positions become available. We are currently receiving a large number of C.V.s and are unable to acknowledge every one we receive.
